The Your Friend at the Beach team has grown personal condo rentals into an award-winning boutique rental agency proud to serve guests from near and far year after year. Each team member plays an important role in helping travelers realize their vacation dreams and ensuring every day of their stay is a one-of-a-kind experience. At Your Friend at the Beach, our team knows that it takes an above-and-beyond approach to customer care to leave a lasting impression, and our love for our work shows with every booking.

Going Strong Since 2005

Your Friend At The Beach began after Nancy Fox started renting her own condos in 2005 and a guest asked her, “After staying with you, does everybody feel like you are their friend at the beach?” Nancy Fox and Larry Snyder manage boutique gulffront condos with a focus on making each guest feel like they are their friend at the beach. Because of this customer-first way of life, Your Friend at the Beach has been nominated for Best Rental Management Company in South Walton.

Always Putting You First

From your first phone call or email, we hope to give you the quickest response on the best condo for the vacation of your dreams. We are personally involved in each rental and though we can’t do it all – we do oversee the cleaning, decorating and maintenance of each vacation destination. And if you need us, you have our cell phone, home phone and you will probably see us, after all, we are Your Friend At The Beach! As part of the maintenance performed on our beachfront condos, we personally inspect each property weekly to ensure it is cleaned and that all appliances are in working order. Like a good friend, we keep backups on coffee makers, TV’s – even refrigerators! Adam Stapleton has over 12 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and like Larry, works to maintain each condo to the five-star YFAB standard.

A New Generation: We Welcome Tori

Tori joined YFAB almost from the beginning – she watched Nancy grow the business, helping clean condos, babysit for our guests and then when she finished college with a degree in Event Planning and Marketing, became our Concierge at the Beach. Tori not only works along with Nancy to find your perfect beach condo, she provides concierge service like crib rentals, grocery service and is our Social Media expert. As our event planner, Tori posts the local event news.

Our team has hospitality professionals working hard for the cause as well as website developers and marketing experts reaching our valued guests across the board.

Meet Nancy!

I am Nancy Geppert Fox, founder of Your Friend at the Beach. In 2005, I started managing gulf front condos – first two of my own and then slowly growing to add others. My unique perspective as an owner of condos – plus a rental manager ensures that your condo is managed as if it were my own. Our guests return year after year because we do treat them like they are “friends” – and each condo is kept to a five-star standard. When I’m not booking your family vacation, I love being with my 5 grandchildren.

Meet Larry!

I’m Larry Snyder and partnered with Nancy in 2011 to help grow Your Friend at the Beach. I handle most of the technology, website, reservation system, and bookkeeping and with Adam oversee condo maintenance and owner relations. When I’m not hanging out with my family or grand-pups, I enjoy snow skiing, golf, and traveling with the family.

Meet Roslyn!

I’m Roslyn A Snyder – I joined my husband Larry -along with Nancy and family in 2018.
I work with our guest reservations, oversee Villa Coyaba ongoings and help with marketing and correspondence. I love turning our guests into Friends and being a part of our YFAB team who is more like family! Like Nancy and the gang, Larry and I have been happy locals for over 30 years! When I’m not talking with incoming or current guests – I can be found on the tennis court or with my granddaughter Charlotte!

Meet Tori!

I’m Tori Stapleton and I joined the YFAB team in 2016. Yes, I sound a lot like Nancy, because she is my mom! My roles at Your Friend at the Beach are, San Remo bookings, social media and concierge services. I love helping guests elevate their beach vacation, from booking restaurant reservations to balloon installs, knowing someone is going to experience 30A from a local stand point brightens my day. When I’m not booking condos, you can find me at the beach with my 2 kids, Landon and Kennedy and my husband Adam.

Adam Stapleton

The “Go-to” Maintenance Guy

Meet Adam!

I’m Adam Stapleton, I’m the “go-to guy” when it comes to maintenance items in your condo. I joined YFAB in 2016 with my wife, Tori. I have a background in mechanical engineering and general contracting. I also make sure guests have signed their rental agreement, so they can get excited to start planning their beach vacation. October is my favorite time to be on 30A, especially on the golf course.

Meet Stephanie!

My name is Stephanie Davis. I came to work for YFAB in 2012. I’m the Housekeeping director at our building Villa Coyaba in Destin, FL. It makes my Saturday when our guests are checking out and ensure me of the fabulous time they had on vacation and how they look forward to their return next year. I hire the cleaners for the YFAB team, and we train our team to strive the be the dream team of cleaners. If you see me running, stop me and introduce yourself. You can catch me cheering on the Florida Gators or the Saints year-round.

Jaime Mitchell

Head of Housekeeping

Meet Jaime!

I’m Jaime Mitchell, head of housekeeping. My start with YFAB actually began in 2009 as a guest. I mentioned to Nancy after our stay that I was interested in housekeeping and if she ever needed anyone, and thus I began my journey with this great company. I find great joy in doing my part to ensure a relaxing and stress-free environment for our guests to create their memories. Plus, you just can’t beat my office view.
